HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS: We offer the best events tailored to each graduations year. We pride ourselves on the research we do to find the tournaments that give our members a great experience and maximum exposure. For players looking to play at the next level, we offer individualize recruiting support. We work closely with players to provide players with the tools they need to succeed and the player development they need to become a better player.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAYERS: Our "MSquad" teams are created to emphasize player growth and give our members the skills and core concepts they need as they develop into the high school game. The environment is positive, enthusiastic and boisterous! The NewLax MSquad more often than not practices in conjunction with the high school. The MSquad curriculum is designed as a precursor to our high school curriculum, working on the same drills, same skills, same concepts that have been simply modified to make the experience a fun and lax loving one.

GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN
The truth of the matter is that young girls can sometimes be caddy and cruel to each other. At NewLax we offer a safe place were “the mean girl” is NOT tolerated. Our practices do not allow cliques and exclusivity and instead promote forever friendships and common goals! Players are expected to hold each other accountable for this ideal, and each player is required to agree to our code of contact when they become a member of NewLax.
COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is all about teaching and creating a positive and fun environment to help players learn! Our coaches approach the game with a strong backbone of lacrosse expertise an infectious passion for the sport. We are known for the way we coach the modern game, which certainly makes us qualified as teachers. A large majority of our staff comes from the collegiate level as both players and coaches.
