The recruiting process has sped up exponentially within the last two years. For that reason, NewLAX offers a slue of support for our members. We are honest and rely on our members to drive their process.

♦ NewLAX SUPPORT
For our recruitable classes and NewLAX Elite Team Players, our staff provides recruiting support. Players may schedule calls with our recruiting coordinator at anytime by emailing a date and time that works for them to caitlin@newlaxlacrosse.com. These conversations may occasionally include a parent, but they should be primarily driven by the PLAYER. Players are the ones who need to build relationships with college coaches and while that may include a parent, it doesn’t START with a parent. We ask our parents to support that process and encourage their daughters to take control of their own future!

♦ PLAYER UPDATES

It is the players responsibility to provide our recruiting coordinator with a bird's eye view of each members' college list to help us get a sense of where she is looking and how she is deepening her research on each school. These updates should be sent on a regular basis. It allows us to help add to or refine the list specific to her. We can’t help you if we don’t know!

♦ RECRUITING TRAK
Recruiting Trak is a service designed to will inform, prepare and guide you through the recruiting and college admissions processes. It is not necessary but it is a great resource. You will have access to insider tips and content created by our 3 experts, a personal profile to keep important information at your fingertips and a calendar that will tell you what to do and when to do it.
